Two wonderful books I love to recommend to help parents get started on eating healthy for kids!
Healthy delicious tuna casserole
Any kind of pasta
3 cans of white tuna
one head of cauliflower steamed and mashed
half cut olive oil
dried onion flakes
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup of cheese mozzarella, Cheddar
Cook pasta
set oven to 400 degrees
mix pasta, tuna, cauliflower, olive oil and sesonings together, sprinkle cheese over top and pop in oven....cook until cheesed melts.
